Our core team includes PTS trained in-house project managers, surveyors, multi-skilled operatives, and back-office support that have years of railway experience to bring to the track.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Our team combines experienced contractor-side team members, ensuring that we deliver the right expertise to unlock project challenges. Our many years of experience and key skills are of the highest standards within the industry and recognised time and time again by clients that choose us as their preferred contractor.
We believe that by closely managing our client requirements and any scope changes carefully we can protect projects from impacts on both cost and unnecessary deviations from the programme of works.
We are fully qualified and have the full suite of RISQS, SafeContractor, ROSPA, and Gold Constructionline accreditations.
We project manage the whole cycle of works, from delivery management right through to a smooth handover with project close-out support as standard to de-risk these critical stages.
PACKAGE CONTINGENT LABOUR SUPPLY
We have over 20 years in-house recruitment experience. We have built long-term partnerships with clients, supplying some of the top Tier 1 and Tier 2 Rail Contractors in the UK.
​The foundation of our business is built on a ‘can do attitude’, with exceptional delivery and transparency to all our clients. Over 60% of our turnover is generated by existing clients that we have been providing quality labour solutions to, for years, across multiple projects.
​All staff are PTS and LUL, CSCS competent as a minimum requirement. Our candidates are ambassadors to H&A Rail, delivering a high standard of work mirroring the same drive and ambition as our recruitment team.
